Whatstandwell Festival Terms & Conditions


The right of admission is reserved


You are welcome to camp over but the camp site is run separately by Hankin Farm and the festival ticket doesn’t include camping

Cars and Parking

All vehicles must be parked in designated areas as directed by traffic marshals
There are no vehicle movements allowed after midnight until 08:00 am on the campsite


Well behaved dogs are allowed at the festival provided they are friendly, are on a lead and their owners clean up after them, but bear in mind it is a farm too and we don’t want any biting!


No unauthorised sound systems are allowed on site
The whole camp site is designated a quiet area for families to camp
In the event of unacceptable levels of noise after midnight and before 08:00 am ring the camp site owner (Sam) on 07890 419530


The festival will operate a challenge 25 system to prevent underage drinking
No alcohol is allowed to be brought into the barn other than that bought at the bar

Fires and Fireworks

Strictly no fireworks, or fires on site
Chinese lanterns are not allowed and will be confiscated

Children and Young Adults

All children must be accompanied by a paying parent or guardian
All young adults (aged 11 to 17) must camp in the same area as their families with a maximum of 4 teens per adult (over the age of 25)

Controlled Substances

Anyone caught with a controlled substance will be reported to the police immediately

The Event

Management reserve the right to alter, or in the event of adverse weather conditions, to curtail or cancel the performance
Management reserve the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to very the programme if necessary

Loss or Damage

Whatstandwell Festival will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal item.
